## What is VeriBureau?
VeriBureau is a cryptographic review verification protocol. Every review is tied to a real transaction through a unique Proof Token, weighted by the reviewer's accumulated trust history, and permanently recorded in an immutable SHA-256 audit chain signed with Ed25519.

## Core Axioms
1. Every review requires a cryptographic Proof Token — no token, no review
2. Reviewer influence is computed from verified behavior history (Reviewer Trust Score)
3. Every event is recorded in an immutable, publicly verifiable audit chain
