Who we are
Every year, platforms remove millions of fabricated reviews. The numbers grow because the underlying architecture permits fabrication by default — reviews are submitted without proof, ratings are unweighted, and records can be altered or deleted.
VeriBureau prevents this by design.
What VeriBureau is
VeriBureau is a review verification platform.
Every verified review is cryptographically linked to a real transaction through a Proof Token. Without a valid token, no verified review can be created. This constraint is enforced by the system architecture, not by content moderation.
The platform also supports open community reviews from registered users. These carry lower weight in Trust Score calculations but provide valuable feedback for businesses.
Each reviewer's influence is computed from their verified history across the network. Consistent participation increases weight over time. The methodology is published and open to scrutiny.
Trust Scores are calculated per business, calibrated by industry norms, and recorded in a public, append-only cryptographic audit chain.
The platform operates under the GTVS framework — a proprietary verification methodology developed by LLC SmartMisto Innovations.
Three principles
Every verified review requires a cryptographic Proof Token linking it to a real transaction. No token — no verified review. This is a structural constraint, not a moderation rule.
Reviewer influence is earned through verified history across the platform. Weight is computed from participation patterns — never assigned manually.
Every record is cryptographically signed and chained. Altering any past entry would break the chain — and the break would be detectable by any third party using the public verification tools.

Origin
The idea was born in 2017 after experiencing firsthand how unfair reviews can damage a business with no recourse. It started as a question: is it possible to build a review system where every entry is provably tied to a real transaction?
It took years of thinking, multiple iterations, and deep infrastructure experience before the approach crystallized into a working protocol.
Telecommunications is infrastructure. It is invisible when it works and noticed immediately when it doesn't. For over 25 years, we have operated under a principle: reliability is demonstrated, not declared. We applied the same thinking to reviews.
Tested by reality
AIST infrastructure has operated through wartime conditions since February 2022 — power outages, network disruptions, and systemic challenges. The network continued to serve businesses and infrastructure clients throughout.
Resilience is a design requirement — built through years of redundancy planning and tested in real-world conditions.
We bring this same engineering discipline to VeriBureau. Every system has backups. Every record has verification. Every claim is provable.
Where we are honestly
We are at the beginning. The protocol works. The API is live. The audit chain is public and verifiable. But we serve a small number of businesses, and we have a long way to go.
Our numbers are displayed live on the home page — fetched directly from the API, not written by hand. We do not inflate numbers.
Founder
Background in telecommunications infrastructure — fiber-optic networks, routing systems, cloud platforms, enterprise operations. Over 25 years of experience designing and operating critical infrastructure. Architect of the GTVS verification methodology, cryptographic audit chain, and scoring framework.
Legal entities
EDRPOU is the Ukrainian state business registry number. Both entities can be verified at usr.minjust.gov.ua.
AIST provides infrastructure services under a commercial agreement and does not hold intellectual property rights or operational authority over the VeriBureau platform or GTVS methodology.
Security and data
All data is processed and stored on dedicated infrastructure in Ukraine. User emails are stored for authentication purposes only. Reviewer identity in reviews is linked via internal ID, not email address.
The platform follows GDPR principles — data minimization, purpose limitation, transparency. Full details in our privacy policy and terms of service.

We aim for accuracy on every page. Our numbers are live from the API. Our technical claims are verifiable — and we provide the tools to check.
If something is planned but not built — we mark it as a goal. If our numbers are small — we show them anyway.
The protocol is built on proof. We hold ourselves to the same standard.
