Who we are
VeriBureau is a review verification protocol developed by two Ukrainian companies — AIST Telecommunications and SmartMisto Innovations. Both are based in the Odesa region, Ukraine.
The idea has been evolving since 2017 — starting as a question about whether it is possible to build a review system where every entry is provably tied to a real transaction. It took years of thinking, multiple iterations, and a lot of infrastructure experience before the approach crystallized into a working protocol.

Founder of AIST Telecommunications (1999) and SmartMisto Innovations. 27 years in telecommunications infrastructure — fiber-optic networks, routing, cloud platforms, enterprise systems. Conceived and directed the GTVS protocol architecture, audit chain design, and scoring methodology. Personally responsible for every technical decision in this project.
Why a telecom company built a trust protocol
Telecommunications is infrastructure. It is invisible when it works and unforgivable when it fails. For 27 years, we have operated under a principle: reliability is demonstrated, not declared.
We applied the same thinking to reviews. VeriBureau replaces procedural moderation with structural verification. A review cannot exist without a cryptographic Proof Token. A record cannot be removed because the audit chain would break. A score is computed from verified history, not adjusted by hand.
We did not build a review platform. We built a verification protocol.
Tested by reality
AIST infrastructure has operated through wartime conditions since 2022 — power outages, network disruptions, and systemic challenges. The network continued to serve businesses and infrastructure clients throughout.
Resilience was not a marketing feature. It was a design requirement, built over years of redundancy planning and validated under conditions no one would choose as a test.
We bring this same engineering discipline to VeriBureau. Every system has backups. Every record has verification. Every claim is provable.
Where we are honestly
We are at the beginning. The protocol works. The API is live. The audit chain is public and verifiable. But we serve a small number of businesses, and we have a long way to go.
Our numbers are displayed live on the home page — fetched directly from the API, not written by hand. We do not inflate numbers. We do not claim to be something we are not — yet.
Verify our claims
We say every technical claim is verifiable. Here is how you can check:
Security and data
All data is hosted on AIST Telecommunications infrastructure in the Odesa region, Ukraine. Reviewer emails are hashed immediately after verification and never stored in plain text.
The platform follows GDPR principles — data minimization, purpose limitation, transparency. Full details in our privacy policy and terms of service.
Legal entities
EDRPOU is the Ukrainian state business registry number. Both entities can be verified at usr.minjust.gov.ua.

Every word on this website is true. Every number is real. Every technical claim is verifiable — and we give you the tools to check.
If something is planned but not built — we mark it as a goal. If our numbers are small — we show them anyway.
This is a protocol built on proof. It starts with us.
